    I have run people near death that refuse medical help. Just because someone refuses medical help does not mean a damn thing. Maybe she did not want to wait in an ER for for a doctor just to say " yup you got bilateral periodbital echimosis and a superficial laceration. Here is a bag of ice and script for motrin 800, follow up with you PCP in the morning now pay us $$$$$$$$ and a few more $$$ for good mesure" until you get in the medical feild and see it daily STFU.
