You don't know ****, so maybe you should ask some questions and educate yourself before you say dumb ****.

I'm a sophomore @ GA State university. I sorta have to finish my degree before I leave and go anywhere. Transferring in state is hard enough, let alone internationally. I have plans to finish this degree, and move across seas.

So... I'm stuck here until I finish, thus the statement: "I can't wait to get out of here." Once I've finished my degree and I'm approved for citizenship in my nation of choice(its a secret, ), I'm gone.

Might want to make it $20 if you really want to get the full $5 out of it if this does go through with the hyper inflation and all.

    $10,000,000,000,000

Here are some more .... so fun

The bill includes such earmarks as: $223 million for Alaskan fishermen, $192 million for rum producers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, $128 million for auto racing

    and more

$2 million excise tax exemption on "certain wooden arrows designed for use by children."

$49 million in tax breaks for people (in Alaska, mostly) receiving compensation from the litigation over the Exxon Valdez oil spill.

$100 million in tax breaks for "certain motorsports racing track facilities."

$179 million in tax incentives for "investment in the District of Columbia."

$49 million for a charitable deduction for corporations who donate books to libraries.

$33 million for an economic development credit in American Samoa.

$61 million in added credits for "steel industry fuel" also known as liquefied coal waste sludge.

$397 million for the "domestic production activities deduction" for film production

$81 million to extend and modify treatment of "certain film and television productions."

including $128 million for "auto racing tracks". There's no other explanation of where this money will go or why. Since NASCAR is profitable and doesn't need this type of government intervention, it doesn't seem logical for it to go there (not that logic matters in this situation).

I have a genius idea. Gonna tell Google to donate a couple old books they no longer use to a library so they can save $49 million.

Maybe the Gov't is bailing out NOPI? I bet they left a lot of tracks on the hook for a lot of cash after canceling all their events

I really hope this doesn't pass.

hopefully Bush doesnt get a chance to sign this BS bill.

Where is the list of For and against voters?

Just read the yahoo article. The Billion dollars or so in earmarks are going to gt this bill through. The Senate effectivly bought enough votes to push it though.

This goes back to the issue of earmarks again. Earmarks must be made illegal, they are nothing more than a bribe.
