    I agree with you

but just a factoid, the President can declare war, He can say he is going to war with pretty much whoever he wants whether or not it was up to the framers to intend it that way.

The president has the utmost authority to declare war when in defending the country from an attack. The only thing is that Congress must sign off on giving him an army.

The main thing held by the beaurocrats is the power to raise and lower interest rates by the Federal Bank and when to buy and sell bonds. The president makes very little decisions on the economy if any. The rest of the power is all by the private industries and speculation under current news by the media outlets.

Like i said if you really want to do some research look at the problems Clinton pushed under the carpet that fell on Bush. I'm sure that recession that we entered into in 2000 was completely because of Bush... right??? NO, a recession doesn't happen over night. Just like the real estate probems today, that has been a long time coming.

I think that might just be an official thing they do afterwards, the president has the first say and the damage is already done afterwards.

congrats on graduated high school. at my high school they taught the difference between you're & your.

... and i hope that wasn't sarcasm. i have a high school diploma meaning case and point, that i too graduated.

I am glad, who could have done a better job? Just curious? I know it couldn't have been Kerry, so YES, I am glad. I am in the military, most of the people who are complaining are probably "complaining because of Iraq/Afghanistan" and have never been and never will go......

definately glad i voted for bush. can't blame one man for starting things and trying to handle things when OUR government is a 2/3rd's vote on EVERYTHING, all the "false" info wasn't done by our president... someone else screwed up. thats like you never leaving your room and someone else is telling you whats going on outside your house... will you see it no... cause you're in your room, all you can do is believe your (intelligence) information your being given to be true and correct.

but without getting too far into this, totally glad i voted for bush!
