But as far as the numbers go, I think Bush caught a lot of hell simply because he did what he thought needed to be done for the country, sometimes unpopular moves that didn't make him "look good" but needed to be done.
I'm glad that he atleast had a pair about what he did.
Clinton did a lot of stuff behind the scenes that made him look good at the time but came back to kick us in the ass down the road when Bush was in his presidency. Not a lot, but some of the troubles Bush had were things that Clinton had either ignored or made decisions on that would keep him popular in the public's eye

Wrong. Congress has the lowest approval rating in it's history. Ever. Congress is controlled by the Democrats and Nancy Pelowsi (or however you spell here name) and has been been the biggest do-nothing Congress ever. I'm not saying that is a bad thing.
