Why can't I post?

I am not necessarly new to this board.. I've been a member for a while but just haven't used it much. I am trying to post a new thread on the "Parts for Sell" forum and it gives me this error message

"AutoLs, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. "

I have not done anything that is described in #1 and I won't think my account would be disabled.. and I have been a member for years now. Does anyone know the deal? Is there a restriction on who can post there. I can post here.... I hope this is the right place for this question.

Oh. What the... I swear I just looked up and down that thread and did not see that... oh well I'm going to try my old name and see if it is still available to use. I know its been over 90 days with that one. Thanks anyway.

i deleted that last msg, you cannot advertise whats for sale untill your eligble, you can put it out there you would like help, but the price and details need to be kept to a minium.

Oh okay.. thats fine. Oops ::slaps myself on the hand:: I'm just going to wait until a friend can post it for me. I am just in a hurry because we just now got the swap done and I rent a house so I don't think my landlord would enjoy me leaving the a motor sitting around to long. About the member thing.. Yes I use to be on here quite often about a year or 2 ago. I got out of the car thing for a minute and now that I am back into it, its been so long I don't have the email that I used to have nor do I remember exactly what my username.. something like I have now but with numbers behind it.

Hey n00b guy, you need 25 posts, but only posts that count towards that post count are posts made in the car make forum.

So you need to post in there. I recommend like nissan.

I've read the rules in the for sale section.. I don't see anything about that. All I see is something about if its a friend's old motor you must have the VIN or code. We'll see what happens.
