    i have over 25 posts and it dost have locks on sale forums anymore but i still cant poist a thread

    Forum Changes: new user group (NOOBS)

    This forum group is a probationary group for new members. All new users will become noobs, they will not be able to make threads in the FOR SALE sections of the boards until they have either: 25 post, 20 rep points, or have been here for 90 days.

    You are in the neg on reps. wild guess that would be why?
