Not to mention GA just enacted a law Jan 1st 2010 that basically states if you're going XXmph over the speed limit (it's real low, like under 10mph or something), they will add $200 to the fine.

If you're under 21 and get caught for that, you lose your license for a pretty good while. Lol.

the first part of this is incorrect. the law is, if you're caught and convicted of a speed of 75+ on a 2 lane or 85+ anywhere in ga, $200 will be added to the fine. its nothing but a revenue maker, but 85 is PLENTY fast. keep it under 10 over the speed limit and you'll be fine.

being over 21, you wont lose your license, but be prepared for a pretty hefty fine and probably 5-6 points on your license. sucks you got popped! slow that behemoth down! lol
