I paid $1100 for the Escort. It's been well taken care of. There are just some minor issues that won't be difficult to fix. My boyfriend and his friend can do the work so there won't be a charge for labor. Just supplies. It needs a new clear coat on the hood, new tint on the driver's side window, small exhaust leak that should be able to be welded right up, new antenna, new front fog/blinker light bulb, and it needs an alignment which my boyfriend can do at Athens Tech when they open back up for the new semester. It might seem like a lot (or maybe not since you all work on cars and probably start with cars with problems and fix them up), but it was just about the best I was able to find for the money on short notice. I had to buy a car this morning, or I'd be screwed. So, I did. I like it thus far. I need to name it now.
