how many people are gonna keep asking this. read in the new members section and find out yourself. just about every other thread in there is someone asking this and all the answers are the same
yes there is a time period/post count to reach before certain sections are unlocked. contribute or find a thread that interests you and post away. (avoid being a post whore though)
