So it seems that I've jumped in the noobbus and am currently awaiting to enjoy the ride.

I would like to know something since in other sites this doesn't usually happen, but are newcomers not allowed to fix their profiles, add avatars, fix their signatures, ect. ect.? I sent an admin a pm but I'm sure some of you could answer my question for I am lost in confusion.
