im still getting used to all the manual settings and such. Lately i've been having a huge problem with noisy grainy photos. I've been working on my iso and shit but mine only adjusts to 200 and wont go any lower. So i figured it was the lighting so i got a bad ass flash kit with three stands and such. But i still have the same problem with noisy photos. Any ideas on how i could fix that?

d70 has the same sensor as my D50 did, its just a noisey camera, there really nothing you can do about it except shoot on a tripod and use ISO 200 ALL the time. buy noise ninja plug-in for photoshop or use the noise reduction filter on area's that get grainy.

yeah i mean i can try that i always shoot in raw and manual mode. Auto mode is never a good mode for me. Most of the time i shoot with a tripod but in some cases light depending i wont. It just aggravates me when the pictures i dont care to be shitty looking come out gorgeous and then the ones that people pay me to do turn like shit. its just irritating
