Thanks for the warm welcome guys.
hadouken: Hatch is not for sale man hehe... it was a mission to find a bone stock one down in Miami for a decent price. If and when the mighty 8V SOHC non-VTEC D15 (67hp) goes, I'll probably drop a B-series or LS motor, but will keep her as clean looking as possible, I just think it will be nice to finally be able to pass other cars on the highway.Do you play Street Fighter? Been playing SF3 - 3rd Strike on the Mame box at work, it's been a blast.
m374llic4: Nice 2G, good call on the 6-bolt, keep it clean.
aguynamedpat: Thanks for the heads up, I am/was the President of the Miami Club DSM for several years, but the club has pretty much closed with all the new cars coming out in the past few years (SRT-4, EVO, WRX etc). There is still a small group of hardcore DSMers that meet in South Florida, good friends of mine. Will check GADSM for sure, thanks for the heads up.
Mullet Man: Yeah, she's heavy as a cow, but so aerodynamic and planted on the ground it feels like she's on rails. I can't stand AT and the SVX was the only car I ever bought with AT, knowing that one day I'd have upgraded to the transmission she was meant to be built with (well, just because I couldn't afford a 6mt from an STi). The boxer-6 is a great engine too, extremely smooth and fairly torquey.
XanRules: Those are Nissan Murano wheels... they fit perfectly, offset and all, pretty sought after by SVX owners. I am finishing the centercaps, removed the Nissan emblems, filled the holes, repainted and applying small SVX decals on them.
Thanks again everyone.
