I got it. But the friend of hers must be from Georgia otherwise how would her friend hear about it? Just ask if her friend is from Georgia. I don't think it matters. IA could have over 1000 members that aren't from georgia and no one knows minus the mods/admins if they do a ip trace.

IA (Southeast Forum) ranked #5 out of 20 other National Forums because it gets traffic and people out of southeast. More People = Profit for IA = IA Stays, Less People = No IA.
