Can't tell that from that pic at all. The front lip is gone? Well the whole front bu,per cover is as well and along with the hood being propped up, it gives the appearance of just doing front end work. The wheels are gone? Can't tell that as I see some coil overs laying on the ground next to each wheel area. This gives us the impression that you're doing some suspension work for which you would have to remove the wheels.

And the wing is still there.
