First off, a lil abotu me...

I'm 27 yrs old, married 3 years, work at an aluminum fab plant making fuel tanks as a draftsman. I've been around racing and modifying cars/trucks all my life and while I'm no expert, I can hold my own when it comes to how a vehicle works and how to work on it and whats good and bad for it.

Rebuilt as of 22k miles ago
Upgraded pretty much everything aside from the pistons/rods.
Bigger cams, better intake manifold, performance header, exhaust, ecu has been completely tuned with custom fuel/timing maps, blah blah.
Lowered on ground control coil overs, rolling on 16" GT3's, 205/40 series Toyo Proxies.

Currently in the process of going bewst. Currently, my car looks like this....

I temp. traded w/my bro my 16's for my original fat fives that came on the car (that I sold to him years ago). I polished em up a lil bit.

My car is scheduled to be painted white in exactly 1 week from today. I'm very, very excited about that. Only thing I lack doing is shaving the side moldings, which I'll do this weekend. So, we'll see how that turns out.

When it's painted, I"ll get back to my turbo project.. which all I lack is:
Wideband
half size radiator
oil lines.
I have everything else, so I"m close. Going to run whatever boost it takes me to get around 250-275 (7-8 lbs it seems). My goal is 30+ mpg, 13 second 1/4's. I think it's attainable too.

1987 Ford ranger... Slightly not stock. 351 Windsor spraying a lil nawzz...

This was at pinks all out in Gainesville, Florida in April of this year.. This was the slower run, 10.9 @125mph (or 124, can't remember).

THis is the run with the guy from Pinks dropping his hands.. No time on this run but the previous run was 10.2 @129. Made a few more adjustments and were hopin for 9's when we go back.


I have more videos of the truck if anybody is interested, it's a rather nasty lil thing. CAN be a daily driver too, it's street legal just not very economical :P

Also have a buddy w/a 302 S-10 that went 9.94 @ 132 2 weeks ago. Also a street machine Have vids/pictures of it too.

Annnnnnnnnd... That does it. If anybody cares, I have a 78 page build thread on Honda-tech where I've detailed all the stupid crap I've done.
