what building did you live in??? within the 1st week of me being there everyone got evicted in my building.... ive been there for a while now I resigned my lease bc my rent is cheap

I was on the third floor, building seven I think. It's been a while and I didn't stay there long. Rent was cheap as hell though and everything looked really nice.

Sounds like you were getting there when I was leaving. I left a month or two after hurricane katrina, when all displaced families started moving in.

It was a really great place to live before they moved in. It went from great apartment to ghetto in 3 days or less.

yea they just stand outside...lmao i was walking my dog and trash down to the dumpster one day and they were congregating on the sidewalk and the girl had the nerve to say ummmm are you trying to walk thru here....umm duh it's the sidewalk

First of all the apartments are beautiful inside, the pool is great and the maintanence staff is quick and thorough. But.......... I lived there last year, and my apartment had a stink. I could't figure it out. Then I come home one day and find the medical examiner next door. Yep, you guessed it, next door neighbor died and layed there for a while...... I had flies and the most disgusting smell. Apparently he never took out his garbage and spent months home, urinating and deficating into containers. Then I check around my apartment and find cracks in between our wall. So I go to the office and they didn't believe me, laughed at me lik,e I was an idiot. Finally a maintanence guy came, agreed with me, and filled the holes. The manager wouldn't come near my apartment, he was too scared. Then I leave and stay with a friend for a week. When I come back, cops were leaving upstairs because of a Meth Lab. Nice. I threw a fit to get my apartment changed, the drugs, death smell was repulsive. They said NONONO. Long story short they gave me a day to move all my stuff into an equally shady part of the neighborhood, where fire alarms were being pulled twice a week in the middle of the night.
It's a beautiful place, but it's turned into GHETTO!

omg lmao yes that is what i deal with lol some guy started a grease fire at 1am that was fun and the management sucks ass and I have had a lot of things stolen but i am the only one that seems to complain about it lol everyone else it omg i love it there

I had no clue there was an apartment rating web site. That is great. I just avoided moving into a crime-infested area with roaches and kids that have no respect for people's cars.

When I moved out to canton, the place was bigger, almost as cheap, and the complex is full of old folks. It's great. You should get outta there before someone keys your car too!
