First of all the apartments are beautiful inside, the pool is great and the maintanence staff is quick and thorough. But.......... I lived there last year, and my apartment had a stink. I could't figure it out. Then I come home one day and find the medical examiner next door. Yep, you guessed it, next door neighbor died and layed there for a while...... I had flies and the most disgusting smell. Apparently he never took out his garbage and spent months home, urinating and deficating into containers. Then I check around my apartment and find cracks in between our wall. So I go to the office and they didn't believe me, laughed at me lik,e I was an idiot. Finally a maintanence guy came, agreed with me, and filled the holes. The manager wouldn't come near my apartment, he was too scared. Then I leave and stay with a friend for a week. When I come back, cops were leaving upstairs because of a Meth Lab. Nice. I threw a fit to get my apartment changed, the drugs, death smell was repulsive. They said NONONO. Long story short they gave me a day to move all my stuff into an equally shady part of the neighborhood, where fire alarms were being pulled twice a week in the middle of the night.
It's a beautiful place, but it's turned into GHETTO!
You know the garbage bin is Crip territory!
