Here's how I see it. You have a family heading out somewhere and some dumbass comes flying down the highway at 80-90mph racing another dumbass. Well the two dumbasses are the ones putting others in danger. Not the family. To me, I'd rather see the people that are putting others in danger gone to so that others will be safer.
