    Well, that was fun. Pulled the VC off, and 2 lifters are completely shot, not pumping up at all. That would explain it. So that little lifter tick turned out to be two trashed lifters.

    There is a set of new lifters in my near future. God I didnt have the money for all of this right off the bat. Not to mention he never said anything about the battery being too small for the car, so I need a new battery. Cant even do a compression test because the battery gets too weak by the 4th time the motor turns over. And it turns over SLOW as hell.
