I'm looking to get one of three colors, base/clear, just depends on the pricing. I'd want the door, trunk, gas tank, etc. jams done too.

The following codes are all from the Nissan Skyline.

732 - Black Pearl Metallic
LP2 (R33)Midnight Purple (no Chromalusion, has 2 pearl tinters Violet & Red)
LV4 (R34)Midnight Purple II (Chromalusion Tinter KK760 Absolute Purplene & Vilot Pearl)

Also how much extra would it be if I had the car towed with the engine bay completely empty and had it done also?

we can either one of the colors for 620$ for the exterior jambs are 150$ a peice and the bay will run you 300 everything in basecoat clearcoat aplication with a 5 year warranty. let me know

Since they're all the same price would it be anymore expensive for LX0 Midnight Purple III from the R34 GTR that shifts from purple to blue?

that particular color only comes in our factory finish system and is 1200$ i checked yesterday unfortunately.
