it includes the sanding taping and painting of the car body labor aswell if is minor everything bigger than lets say a quarter size dent is additional depending on how many u got.

i was wondering how much more would it be to add flakes to the paint and also to paint another pair of fenders and an extra front lip in the same color

if u add pearl to white is not going to be noticeable unless you add it to the clear and than u get into 3 stage paint and the price is really up there.
as far as the fenders and lip you will be an extra 200

if i decide to go with the 3 stage paint job how much would it be to paint it championship white
with silver flakes. i dont want the flake to stand out to much but bling and shimmer when light hits it.

i know what ure talking about and i can do it however is going to be pretty hard to notice the silver flakes over white. something of that nature will run you 1800 but is not going to be a true 3 stage paint because there is no midcoat involved.
