How to do body work before painting

i want my car painted but i need to get all of the dents and groves out. how would i do that, how do i get the dents and groves out????

if you have never done bodywork before i would let someobdy else who knows to take care of your dents and groves. or you can just let us do it or work something out to where is more beneficial to your budget and of course the final finish with the paintjob.
