It seemed like it to me at first, the idea that "sprayglo sucks" and not the "didn't do a great job"

But rereading it after sleeping following 3 days of studying/working/partying without closing my eyes; your right, he isn't bashing but "not good quality service" is not right..

The service is the whole picture, that means the initial work + the post-sale customer service + etc.. I feel like this could of been resolved over the phone, in person or through pm's.. If they fix it then straight but if sprayglo refused to fix it or don't stand behind their work & warranty, then start this thread.. regardless this whole deal isn't going to be resolved on here, but instead in person or over phone/pm.. so my point is that this thread serves no purpose and gives sprayglo bad publicity..

I think it is a subtle attempt. He should have contacted SprayGlo first to work out the "problems" BEFORE posting about it on here. Give them a chance to redeem themselves BEFORE you automatically put them on the defensive. Shouldn't put someone on the spot like this. Only when talks have failed to your satisfaction should you publicly announce this. That's just how I see it. Later, QD.

OK! Again i must say that I was not bashing sprayglo I was only letting people on IA know what had happened and to see if anybody else had the same problem I did. Thanks once again! You guys are great!

Bashing or not, by posting a problem in the open, you look like you're bashing. Without trying to resolve this between them and you first, you are trying to let people know of their fucc up. Let them fix it before you "find out if anybody else had the same problem." Then you can post that there was a problem and that they took care of it. Instead of you looking like you're bashing them, you can make it look as though they took care of business the way a company should after a problem. Later, QD.
