    Default gsr-t tuning question

hey i have a da integra with a '95 gsr swap and a .57 trim t3t4. many mods done to car, has a cracked manifold that i am going to swap with a blox cast log. what kind of reliable hp/tq numbers are typical assuming i come get yall to dyno tune it?

    Stock motor?

If so reliably not much over 260-270whp 7-10psi. You can make more but on a stock block and depending on mileage you may want to keep the boost and power down to safer levels.

What do you have to tune with? Is it obd1 or obd0? What size injectors? What ecu?

its stock inside. ecu has been chipped and socketed (donno what software though) was gonna have main check that out, dsm 440's, its got a p28 so im guessing obd1? also has a walboro 255 lph fuel pump, str fuel rail.

near stock reliability...250-275whp. 300 isn't unheard of, but reliability starts becoming questionable when you push the motor well past 100whp over stock.

def want to get the crack fixed first before tuning.

since i have a new manifold coming in (http://jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewPrd.a...&idproduct=612) couldnt i pull my old one and possibly get it welded back up and sold? heres a pic. it has a crack where runners #2 and #3 meets the block flange and a crack where all 4 runners meet at the turbo flange.

Since you are going from that to a log you will probably have to rework, downpipe, oil lines etc... and noone is going to buy that manifold, they are drunk.

yeah i figured thats what i was looking at since the turbo will get moved up and closer to the block. the downpipe probably wont clear. but about the oil lines seem like they might work but idk for sure. when i get the mani if i have any doubts of doing it myself ill see about getting it up to you guys. thanks

stock exhaust gasket will be fine. grounding marks is where they took off the sharp edges of the casting.

don't need a gasket on the wastegate if you don't have one...you do need to make sure you have the fire ring installed.
