    Hey.. I gotta room available.. $600/mo plus 1/3 utilities.. it's a house, fully furnished (minus a bed), with garage space available.

    Well, power is usually $200, cable/int4rweb is $130, gas is $40ish, water's $30ish and trash is $60/3mo..

    So that divided by 3 comes out to $140, roughly.. You'll have to lemme know by the end of this month. Someone else is interested, but I kinda don't want this dude to move in... a bit obnoxious.. but money's money.
