The judge told me I was an idiot, I told him saying that violated my constitutional rights then my lawyer told me to shut up

Oh well, we demanded a trail by jury and since city of douglasville doesn't have a jury court it was bounded over to state court. new court date is Oct. 31st. at 9am. Isn't that halloween or something?
