i had to redo the whole cable phone and ethernet network in my whole house... because some dumb comcast fucker deided it would be a great idea to put a staple through the cable line into my 120vac line.... thank god it happened before we moved in or i would of lost 20k worth of equipment >.<

Jeez... Yah I think i have spoken to 1, yes 1 comast rep that actually knew what he was doing. The other 50+ that I've spoken with had literally no idea what they were doing, just reading from a screen, or pluging in plugs... and not even doing that well... I mean, the comcast service itself, when working is awesome! But they can't even make their own shit work LOL. You gotta be able to do it...
