    I'm trying to get a 2009 4dr Honda Accord's headlights retrofitted to look something like this:

    It has Morimoto Mini H1 Bi-Xenon Projectors with Apollo Shrouds, Bi-Xenon Monograms and Morimoto 3Five 6000K Bulbs with 35W Slim Ballast; however, I also want to get the inside of the headlights painted black and the amber removed or tinted like so:

    How much would it be to get all this done? One place quoted me $400 can you do better than that? Thank you!
