Need money to pay bills

Was in storage for a while so could used a good steam clean/shampoo. 2 spot stains on the couch where someone fell asleep with a pen in their pocket.

Dark Beige in color
Pulls out into bed
Has storage compartment located under chaise are that pulls up.
