    Default FS: Gas Fireplace and Mantle

    When my wife and I moved into our house almost two years ago, the house came with a gas fireplace. It looks nice and all, but I've never turned it on. The pilot light works and all, but it seems like somethings up with the control valve. We're looking to get rid of the Fireplace and mantle together, and will let both go for 400 OBO, but you have to pick it up. We're up in Habersham county, which is about 20 minutes north of Gainesville.
