    So is it a salvage title or rebuilt title? I am not 100 percent, but I think it will have to go through Georgia testing to get a rebuilt title to drive on the road. I know NC does not make you go through inspections, is TN the same way?

    It's a salvage title.....once a salvage title always a salvage title. There might be ways around it.....but as far as I know it's always a salvage!
