15k with a 128k miles and hammered on the ground you better take it. That cars worth 11-12 tops. Your car is a dime a dozen, and people with money don't want some kids project. Raise it up and make it look normal, then it might sell. I doubt anyone is offering you 15000$ for a grossly over mileaged s2000.
