1988 Honda Prelude SI 4 Wheel Steering
DOHC 2.0L engine/ 5 speed manual transmission - b20a5
Pros
Engine and transmission are awesome. Good engine and transmission, good torque. Great highway cruiser. NGK plugs/wires, re-wired engine grounds with 4 gauge wire, new-ish battery (<1 year), 17" Enkei rims (some curbage and such.. not the best rims), tires <6 months old; Kuhmo, $450, lowered on Tokiko blue springs and struts/shocks/dampeners (nice ride, not too bouncy & really hugs the road), working 4 wheel steering, decent interior (one cig burn in passenger seat), new radiator & water pump, new timing belt and new crankshaft/camshaft seals
Clean & clear GA title in hand
Current Georgia Emissions
Cons
Needs paint. Cracked windshield, will eventually need rack & pinion/tie rods, random trim pieces/switches, and IACV. Unknown miles due to missing speedometer cable (odometer does not record miles - shows 203xxx). There is a small dent on the drivers side front fender (pictured). Interior is average/low average. Something is wrong with the fog wiring. Both lenses are good, both bulbs are good, and switch is good... but, it keeps blowing fuses as soon as I turn on the fogs. (When operational, it does have yellow fogs)
Value
We all know that cars like this are not common. With four wheel steering, even less common. The value will go up. This is the beginning of this car being considered a classic. Classic car values at NADAguides.com valued it at $2550 low retail value
