I think you should figure out the what headgasket and rings have been installed and then let us know.. It looks a little sketch because you do not remember things that you paid to have put on the car.
Clean the wheels and take some day shots of the car so we can SEE IT! All of your shots are either dark or far away? It makes it look like you are trying to hide something. I am not saying you are but take some better shots!

Well I guess I am diff then.. IF I paid someone to put a gasket and rings in my car and it was boosted... I would know what brand the gasket and rings were in the car
Getting that information may help you or may not..
Getting the VIN, block code and tranny vin posted may help you with the sell

yeah i gotya. but in all fairness thats not all they did. i have abt 3 pages of recipts of everything they did at the other house, and its from abt 2 years ago so i apopogise if i dont recall what rings and gaskets were put on back then. just hasnt been the top of my mind over the few years ya know. and ill get vins up here when i get a chance. i promise there is nothing sketch abt this. tis legitly done
