Cause that prelude is old as balls lol. It is just maintainence I suppose. It didn't do that with him, I promise. It just burnt a little bit of oil. All it did was get driven by his mom since it was new and he only had it for a couple of months. Probably just the b21a1 rearing its ugly head. As far as your surging idle, make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. Maybe the IAT sensor on the back of the manifold leaks. But I'm curious as to what it makes.

i had a vitara motor built also and i sold it to my boy needless to say he makes more power than i do on same amount of lbs.The vitara is a good cheap setup and will handle 400-500 horse for cheap so i wouldn't rag on the setup because it is proven to make good power.But my if i can get my wife to get on hope for school i will keep this car and spend the $ really needed for a good s300 so i can see what the car will put down but as of right now compared to my s13 i had this car is light yr's from it power wise.And i wasn't really mad about the motor in the trade it was all about the front frame work from where he hit a deer.it cost me out the ass to get it done right

I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.
