Does the car pass emission and wen and were could I look at it

i never had to emission it but i would think it would because there is no check engine light and the factory cat is still on the car. i also still have the factory exhaust which i could put back on. where you located? car is in the forest park area( on forest parkway) after 6pm....

i have a 93 integra really clean great car i just want another coupe again. had a 95 at 16 first car got rid of her went through a hatch with a b16, 98 gsr, 98 turbo ex, and now i have the da love it but coupes have my heart!!!
