    ok not trying to be an a$$ but there is no way in hell you will get anywhere near your asking price. i had my b16 swapped civic that was BOOSTED up for 5k and it took awhile. this is import atlanta. your car may very well be worth that much based upon how much you spent on it, but like i said this is import atlanta.
