I know cause he contacted me when it happened. He also expressed concern of the cost of it being rebuilt.
If he spent the money he should ha e receipts cause he job he has listed is 4000$ easy. I suspect he and oz half ass slapped it back together and he's trying to dump it. But that's my opinion
