What it still needs:window regulators rebuilt ($80), a/c Blower quit blowing(probably a relay or fuse)

PRICE:$28,000 obo or partial trade for a Toyota Tacoma 96-02, but it has to be xcab, 4WD, auto, 6cyl, with power windows. I know I am picky, but I got to have that.
