2000 Honda Civic EX stock d16y8
I've had a few more codes in the past and they've gone away, but these particular codes won't go away!

Within the past year i've changed the iacv, map sensor, o2 sensors, catalytic converter (exactly in that order) and this damn code is still showing.

I've taken it to a shop and they said it probably needs another iacv, which is stumping me because it's the first part that i changed. Could it have gone bad again this fast?

the car does have fluctuating idle and stalls when it is first cranked and will try to stall at a red light if I have the A/C on sometimes.
