Default 1994 gsr teg chirp/ rattle 2500 rpm

Yes I know all of you will say it's the exhaust it's the exhaust but I have a full megan exhaust with no heat shields unless you know something I don't please don't say it's the exhaust. Ok so while I'm driving I get a constant chirping noise through the gears in all gears and all revs under load or not but not at a stand still, clutch inguaged or not. And at 2600 Rpms I get I metal on metal rattle that is only at 2600 Rpms and more when I am letting off the gas. I keep hearing change the tranny oil whoul this have anything to do with it? My car is stock with a short ram intake and full exhaust with 180000 miles on a gsr

Post a video if you can..

Go under the hood and rev the car, listen close to pinpoint the area..

I'm gonna guess the LMA's. cause they do sound like a chirp.
