I have a 1992 Honda Civic DX 4DR with a OBD2 Integra LS B18b1 Swap. My CEL is on it is giving a code 9. CYP sensor.. I have a hard time cranking the car sometimes and when im driving and i stop sometimes the car will die off. When i crank the car you will hear it idle then the motor will sound like its having a low idle shutter and then the CEL will come on and then it will idle out fine... I havent wired up a tach yet.. i plan to wire a tach this coming weekend.

I have done the test on the dizzy and they come back fine. i did take a test light and try to see if the cyp sensor wires at the ECU got any power.. but my test light did not light up with the car running or in cranking mode...

Just need some advice before i dump some cash on a dizzy.. When dropping a obd2 swap into a obd1 car do you need to wire up the CYP sensor to the ECU?
