Default gsr sputtering/ rpm goes crazy

So iv been having this problem for over a month now. The engine came out of my other Gsr which I sadly rolled going to work one morning. Anyways I swapped the engine and it was fine at first for around a month. I ran an 06 Si going home from the mall of ga, as soon as i got off on my exit when I tried to take off it sputtered a bit till I got into third. Its been happening more often now and just yesterday noticed my rpm needle was bouncing alot. Any ideas? Since the swap iv done two oil changes and replaced the plugs and wires.
