Break the lower spindle loose (if you have tool to break them loose, just get some sort of adjustable wrench or a simple flat head & stick it in a opem grove on the spindle & tap it with a hammer) until it breaks free from the top spindle & spin it down to as low as you want to go, hold it with 1 hand & spin the upper spindle down & tighten them up (make sure you count the threads & make sure they match.... its self explanatory, good luck

looks like omnipower coilover sleeves. (or ebay knockoffs)
you would use the wrenches to seperate the two rings by spinning them in opposite directions. the lower you set both of the rings, the lower the car will be. Measure distance of the drop from the lip of the strut to the bottom of the ring so that your drop is even all around.
if you do not have the coilover wrenches you should be able to twist the rings apart by hand if they arent too rusted. i know i can twist mine (but they arent knockoffs)

Appreciate the help guys. Yeah phee128 I am pretty sure they are knockoffs because I can't find the brand anywhere.
