ground wires... power wire, low battery.

check voltage on your battery, probly in the lower 9 volts...
Making it.. one part at a time....

Jump power from the battery wire to the signal wire on the starter see if it turns over

borrow one of your buddies main relay. i had the same issue with my freshly built gsr. either that and check that your ecu is plugged in correctly and that you check the ecu fuse that located in the fuse box in the engine bay to be safe that its not your ecu

Check all your grounds, check all your wires going to every fuse box. If one is placed in the wrong spot, all is bad. I had a similar problem. Also check your 100amp fuse in your fuse box located underneath the hood
