Ok i changed my MC today, rebleed the lines make sure all the pads are installed correctly per james advised. Turn the car on, still soft. Im gonna do the ' sammich' video thing tonight and see how it goes.

DO NOT use anti sieze to lubricate brake parts. Problem is, when the anti sieze gets hot, it tends to stiffen up and can still cause sticking problems. I use only synthetic brake lube.
