TPS Calibration question
Nutshell:
It's suppose to be .5V with the throttle body closed, 4.5V Wide open throttle.
I'm getting .2V closed, 3.6V WOT.
But I can't get it passed that because I run out of "slot" to turn the tps.
What do I do?

I would assume that if its out of the mechanical adjustment range of the sensor that you've either got a reference (5v ecu output) voltage issue or the sensor itself is bad. Out of curiosity, what made you want to adjust it to begin with?

When I went to tune, batlground said that it was throwing tps code. They bought a new one, but tuned on bad one. I changed to the new one a couple days later at Import Alliance (spring) because while waiting in line to go in, the idle would steady creep up until it was sitting at 3,000 rpm at idle.

pull the tps sensor back off the throttle body and adjust it through out the range to see if it is the tps sensor. check for dead spots. if there is the same issue, i would sudgest attempting to find a good tps sensor off a similar or same motor. as they purchased it, you may want to ask for the part number....

For an idle creep as long as its adjusted so the voltage is OK at closed throttle ( <.5v) it shouldn't affect anything. Not going to 4.5v at WOT will only change closed loop operation and maybe affect fuel tip-in enrichment. Taking the sensor off the TB and testing the range is a good idea ^^^ as YoItsCarlie suggested.
