    Default Jumpy idle

Hey, well my problem started yesterday my car died on me and i popped the clutch to get it started and once it started my idle became loopy reving from 1k and 2800k. I had been meaning to change my intake manifold to a y8 one instead, I got everything hooked up like it should and once again the idle was loopy just as before. The only thing i used off my old manifold was the MAP sensor. I took the car for a drive and it ran great no problems but once it got down to idle again it started, and im stumped I checked for leaks and nothing everything is hooked up were it should be, when i put my hand on the throttle body car stays the same and when i put my hand over the fast idle valve rpm drops but still goes up and down. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?
