200whp is very possible with an lsvtec. Im building one at the moment and im aiming for at least 200whp. Heres the set up im going with.

    B16 head
    pro1's
Crower or sk2 springs, retainers, and valves
    Port and polished head
    b18b1 block
    pr3 pistons std size
    ls rods
    ls crank
    Tri y header
    Port matched sk2 I'M
70mm blox TB but planning on getting a smaller one like a 68mm or smaller
    And tuned on hondata s200
also might mill .005 off the head, not sure though.

Im looking to hit at least 200whp with this setup. I have seen and know people who have done 200 with a set up almost similiar to the one im going with.

200whp is not very hard or at least getting in the 190s. a skunk2 tuner stage 2 or many other stage 2 cams will do it with compression in the high 11s low 12s... the right bolt ons (header, manifold, throttle body, intake, exhaust) and a good tuner you should get there. The tune is the biggest part.

I've seen dynosheets of 1.8l with 12:5cr and a stage 3 cam and a good tuner do 215+ even though dynosheets are just a number, that is a thought.
