    Default cb7 questions

ok so i have a 1990 cb7, which is obd1. it has the f22b1 vtec out of a 1996 obd2 car. it still has the obd1 ecu and is failing emissions on everything except the gas cap.. haha. it also has cracked to hell ceramic dc headers. so heres my questions:

would the obd2 ecu help that? what all would i have to do to help it pass emissions?
i know i need an aicv so thats taken care of.

on to the headers. it being a 90 with a 96 swap, do i get headers for a 90 or a 96? and what would i have to get test pipe wise?

    thanks for the help IA

EDIT: the speedo and odo. dont work. trip mileage as well. but the tach and everything else works. maybe a cable?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

does it have a cat? i'd also make sure your spark plugs are in good shape.

I'd assume the injectors have been switched out and the dizzy was wired correctly.

Well the car is a 90, which get a ASM dyno test. If they still do it the same, put the sniffer in the exhaust and hook the clamp on the plug wire.... Basically the car just needs to be in good (clean) running order. These test are all based on the numbers from the gas sniffer, make sure you have a good 02 sensor (this is where the odb2 stuff might hurt using the obd1 ecu) is one of the most important things. Other things are egr valves, pcv valves, plugs/wires, basic tune up stuff.

You may need to fabricate a bracket for the faux hooks. Have you registered on cb7tuner.com yet? Lots of good information there.
